This Summer Restaurant Week, The Parlour Room invites you to escape the Midtown bustle and settle into a space where time slows down and flavor takes center stage. From July 21st through August 17th, we’re celebrating the season with a 3-course prix fixe menu for $60, crafted to delight both the classicist and the curious.
Our Summer 2025 Restaurant Week menu is a vibrant expression of the season—fresh, playful, and deeply satisfying. Start with your choice of refined starters, like Deviled Eggs topped with bottarga and caviar, or a juicy Tomato & Burrata with prosciutto and summer melon that screams rooftop garden vibes.
Entrées range from the elegant Pan Roasted Chicken Breast with crispy potatoes and sauce supreme, to a boldly flavored Seed Crusted Salmon paired with summer squash and green curry. And yes, our iconic Bar Burger makes an appearance, complete with cheddar, pickles, onions, and those addictive fries.
For dessert, choose from our silky Vanilla Crème Brûlée, decadent Dark Chocolate Mousse with sour whip and pretzel, or the airy Stone Fruit Pavlova with peach jam and chantilly—each one designed to end your meal on a high note.
